Villa Laura is a large 3 bedroom detached villa and is part of the La Maresia residential development on the Salinas de Antigua Golf Course in Caleta de Fuste and benefits from views of the golf course and sea. It is available to rent at excellent rates. It is able to sleep 6 in comfort and is an ideal base for one or two families to share. It is also ideal for golfers or for couples.

The villa is furnished to a very high standard throughout and features an open plan lounge and dining area with two three seater settees, dining table and chairs plus wall unit, coffee table and side table. Satellite TV, DVD player and CD music system are also provided. From the lounge there are patio doors leading directly onto the large sun terrace which overlooks the large private heated swimming pool. The villa also has free wi-fi internet access.

The separate kitchen is equipped with a four ring electric hob, oven, microwave, large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, electric kettle, toaster and coffee maker. It is tiled and has granite worktops. There is an outside utility area with sink and clothes airer. An iron and ironing board are also provided.

The master bedroom has a double bed and fitted wardrobes with drawers. The en-suite bathroom has a bath with overhead shower, toilet and hand wash basin and is fully tiled. A hairdryer is also supplied. A safe is also fitted for additional security.

Bedrooms two and three both have two single beds with a double fitted wardrobe with drawer space. All bedrooms have ceiling fans.

The large main bathroom has a shower cubicle, toilet and hand washbasin and is also completely tiled.

The large private heated and covered swimming pool is 9m long x 4m wide. At one end of the pool there is also a separate 2m round children's pool which is ideal for infants or for adults to relax in. Next to the pool there is a large patio table with chairs. A shower, barbecue and sunbeds are also provided.

The villa is on a very large plot with landscaped gardens and is accessed via gates which lead to private parking area.
